Nice quiz, but what does a " Z+"? mean? By the way, what if you shot the zombie in the eye with an Airsoft rifle?, would it go into the brain or is it just a waste of time?

I doubt that would happen, but if it did it might not disable it. People have had nails and knives in the brain with only headaches, let alone death.
